Hyderabad Kofta Curry

Method
  1. Wash kheema and put the pressure cooker and then put all the ingredients mentioned in kofta and then add 11/2 cup water and then pressure cooker it for 10 min..So, that it cook finely.
  2. Now remove the lid and stir with spoon for 2-3 min..as there is no water in it..Now allow it to cool...
  3. Grind it to a smooth paste then make it into small balls as you can....Fry in a non-stick pan with small oil till they become light brown........
  4. Your fried kofta is ready to take out from non-stick to a plate and keep a side.Be ready to preapre masala for it.....
Method tp prepare curry masala :
  1. First gring coconut,gusgus,almonds,kaju in a grinder to a smooth paste..Take out all the paste in a bowl and put all the ingredients of masala in it except oil.....
  2. First heat oil in a untensil in which u are going to prepare the curry ,let it heat lightly then put all the ingredients into it on a low flame....
  3. Stir the ingrediants till it leaves the oil then add sweetcurd and again for (2 min) then add water make it gravy as you reqiure now, allow it to cook for (5 min) on a low flame....
  4. Remove from the flame then add all kofta in it......
Ingredients:
lamb kheema 1/2 kg
chana dal 2 tbl spoonful
small onion-1
red chilli powder 1/2 tbl spoonful
ginger garlic paste 1/4 tbl spoonful
tumereric powder 1/4 tblspoonful
green chilli-2 r 3
coriander leaves 6-7 sticks finely chopped
oil 1tblspoonful
salt as you taste

Curry Masala Ingredients:
sweetcurd 450grm
coconut crushed 8-10 tblspoonful
gusgus 3-4 tblspoonful
almond 10-12
kaju powder 3-4
ginger garlic paste 2 tblspoonful
red chilli powder 1 tblspoonful
tumeric powder
green chilli 2-3
coriander leaves 5-6 sticked full chopped
salt as u taste
oil 6-7 tblspoonful
water 2-3 cupwater
