Brain Fry (Hyderabadi Style)

Method

  1. Wash/Clean brain properly & make small pieces.
  2. Grind green chilli & coriander leaves together to paste form.
  3. Chop onion very slicely.
  4. Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add onion, when it becomes brown add Ginger-Garlic paste.
  5. After 2 minutes add brain pieces & the grind paste of green chilli. Add salt & spices (garam masala) powder.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of water and fry till 15 - 20 minutes on medium flame so that the water dries.
  7. Serve hot with hot parathas in breakfast.

Shelf-life: 24 hrs.

Ingredients:

Brain 1 No.
Green Chilli - 3 or 4 Nos.
Coriander Leaves (Kothmir) - /14 of Bunch
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/4 tbl spn
Spices (powder) - 1/4 tbl spn
Oil or Ghee 4 tbl spn
One Small Onion
Salt to taste
