Method
- Wash/Clean brain properly & make small pieces.
- Grind green chilli & coriander leaves together to paste form.
- Chop onion very slicely.
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add onion, when it becomes brown add Ginger-Garlic
paste.
- After 2 minutes add brain pieces & the grind paste of green chilli. Add salt & spices (garam masala) powder.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and fry till 15 - 20 minutes on medium flame so that the water
dries.
- Serve hot with hot parathas in breakfast.

Coriander Leaves (Kothmir) - /14 of Bunch
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/4 tbl spn
Spices (powder) - 1/4 tbl spn
Oil or Ghee 4 tbl spn
One Small Onion
Salt to taste
